Provide a description of the issue, along with clear photos of the product, a close-up photo of the shipping label, and a photo of the packing slip.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Conditions:

All returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from EU Weed Joint.
Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
