Eligibility to Order

To purchase cannabis online within the EU, you must be at least 18 years old. We do not sell to individuals under 18. Orders can be placed from any country worldwide.

International Delivery

Yes, we deliver both within the EU and internationally.

Package Arrival Guarantee

We ensure that the ordering process is entirely anonymous. Packages are smell-proof, tightly vacuum-sealed, and free from any visible titles or company marks, minimizing any risk of suspicion.

Scam Prevention Guarantee

We provide legitimate services and aim to assist those in need. We do not require large purchases; you can start with smaller amounts to test our services and trust our quality. We prioritize customer satisfaction and affordability.

Delivery Details

All products are delivered either to your mailbox or doorstep in a vacuum-sealed package. No ID is required for receipt, but please ensure your real name and address are provided to facilitate delivery.

Delivery Timeframe

We offer express delivery within 24 hours and standard free delivery within 72 hours via First Class postal service. Orders placed before midnight typically arrive the next business day, except in exceptional cases where delivery may take up to three business days. For bank transfers, shipment occurs after funds are received, generally within 1 to 2 business days.

Payment Confirmation

You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your payment. Please send a screenshot or photo of your transfer receipt to our email after making the payment.

Shipment Notification

You will be notified via email once your product has been shipped. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this notification and mark it as “not spam.”

Product Quality Assurance

All products sold by EU Weed Joint are lab-tested to ensure the highest quality.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order requirement. Customers can order any quantity, with each product having a predefined minimum for convenience.

Refunds & Returns

To request a refund or return, please:

Inform us via email or phone.
Take clear photos of the packages, shipping label, and packing slip.
Send these photos along with your order number via email.

Note: Orders cannot be processed without the packing slip.

Tracking Information

Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Sunday between noon and 5 pm. You will receive tracking information within this timeframe. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the next business day.

Package Arrival Notification

You will receive separate email notifications for shipping (including tracking information) and delivery confirmation. Additionally, the delivery driver may ring your doorbell upon dropping off the package.
